Richard Oetting is the founder and visionary behind Beautifully Backwards, a company  that aims to help people connect with the Word of God in seconds through simple word phrase associations with a variety of contemporary topics.  

Richard’s mission statement for Beautifully Backwards is simply to create platforms for learning and understanding of scripture, using products that effortlessly inspire reflection, and connection with the Word of God.

As a manufacturer, Beautifully Backwards will distribute its products through private networks, online platforms, churches, religious organizations, and retail stores of which over 2000 stores nationwide are currently engaged in business with Revelation Culture, an 8 year old company based in Franklin, TN of which Richard is also the founder.  Its storefront features a unique prayer room, a replica of the Empty Garden Tomb of Jesus, and remains open 24 hours a day seven days a week for anyone to spend time alone with the Lord.

Richard is also the creator of the Tetelestai Bracelet, which has reached over a quarter million people worldwide. The message of Tetelestai  "It is Finished, all our sins have been paid in full, and God is not mad at you." – has been embraced by many as a reminder of God’s love and grace to everyone, everywhere.

Through Beautifully Backwards, Richard embraces his calling to spread the Word of God. Through his brilliant processing of scripture and word association learning methodologies, Richard leads this mission with a heart dedicated to serving God.

He has a vast background of providing service to various businesses in multiple industries  encompassing all facets of the business lifecycle, from startup, to operations, funding, marketing, business development, sales channel development, merger, acquisition, and  exit strategies.  Michael has represented  various private interests for placement of capital into small to midsized companies and engages in C-suite introductions for the formation of strategic partnerships  that provide technology, product development, implementation of strategic marketing. and development of new sales channels.   Michael has worked with many private equity partners, accounting and law firms, venture capital/ private equity groups, business consulting firms, executive teams, and high net worth entrepreneurs.

Michael adds advanced personal entrepreneurial experience. Formerly the founder and CEO of LocalTel, an information resource advertising company with over 60,000 small to mid-sized business customers, he has personally built and sold multiple businesses and has been a member of the advisory board of many  companies in various industries including the following:  Media, Advertising, and Marketing Consulting, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Bio Technology, Digital-Print Adverting Publishing,  Wealth Management Advisory, Medical and Pharmaceutical, Transportation, Commercial Real Estate Development, Music and Entertainment, Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Public Relations, Electronics, Solar Energy, Oil, Alternative Energy, State Government, Federal Government, Homeland Security , Public Safety, RFID, Software Development, and Professional Sports.

Michael continues his law practice from Boston MA, which specializes in 360 Degree advisory to specific high net worth entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial family businesses.

He is currently a full time resident of Naples Florida and maintains an office there as well.  He is a father of four, happily married, and devoted to multiple humanitarian causes and to furtherance of the mission statement of Beautifully Backwards.
